ACCEPTANCE Using the service
By using iQ Pulse, you accept these terms.
By accessing or using iQ Pulse (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

DESCRIPTION What we provide
An AI-powered intelligence platform for regulated enterprises.
iQ Pulse provides an AI-powered intelligence platform for regulated enterprises, including document analysis, compliance monitoring, and decision support tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

USER ACCOUNTS What you owe us
Accurate information. Account security. Your activity.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

ACCEPTABLE USE What you can’t do
Don’t break the law. Don’t break the platform.
You agree not to:

- 02Infringe on intellectual property rights
- 03Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
- 04Use the Service to harm others or for fraudulent purposes
- 05Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Section 05
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Who owns what
We own the platform. You own your content.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SISUiQ OY and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
Section 06
DATA PROCESSING The DPA
Personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, data processing is further governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available upon request.
Section 07
LIABILITY The limit of our exposure
No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SISUiQ OY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Section 08
TERMINATION When access ends
We can suspend access for conduct that breaks these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Section 09
CHANGES When we update these
Material changes. Email notice. Continued use means acceptance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Section 10
GOVERNING LAW Which jurisdiction
Finnish law. Helsinki courts.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally settled by the courts of Helsinki, Finland. For enterprise customers with a separate agreement, the dispute resolution terms in that agreement shall prevail.
