iQ Pulse provides an AI-powered intelligence platform for regulated enterprises, including document analysis, compliance monitoring, and decision support tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iQ Pulse Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, data processing is further governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iQ Pulse Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
