Trademark Policy

1. Ownership

"iQ Pulse", "SISUiQ", the iQ Pulse logo, and all associated brand elements (collectively, the "Marks") are trademarks or registered trademarks of SISUiQ OY. These Marks are protected by international trademark laws and conventions.

2. Permitted Use

You may use our Marks only in the following circumstances:

  • To truthfully refer to iQ Pulse or SISUiQ OY in editorial, journalistic, or academic contexts
  • In connection with an authorized partnership, integration, or reseller arrangement, subject to a separate written agreement
  • As part of a factual statement about your use of the Service (e.g., "Powered by iQ Pulse"), provided such use complies with these guidelines

3. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from SISUiQ OY, you may not:

  • Use the Marks as part of your own product name, service name, company name, domain name, or social media handle
  • Modify, distort, abbreviate, or alter the Marks in any way, including changing colors, proportions, or adding elements
  • Use the Marks in a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists
  • Incorporate the Marks into your own logo, icon, or design
  • Use the Marks on merchandise, promotional materials, or advertisements without authorization
  • Register any trademark, domain name, or social media account that contains or is confusingly similar to any of the Marks

4. Visual Identity Guidelines

When using our Marks with permission, you must:

  • Use the official, unmodified versions of logos and wordmarks as provided by SISUiQ OY
  • Maintain adequate clear space around the Marks — no other visual elements should encroach on the logo boundary
  • Ensure the Marks are legible and clearly distinguishable from surrounding content
  • Use the appropriate trademark symbol (™ or ®) on first mention in any document or material
  • Include the attribution notice: "iQ Pulse is a trademark of SISUiQ OY"

5. Partner and Integrator Use

Technology partners, resellers, and integrators who wish to use the Marks in marketing materials, co-branded content, or product interfaces must enter into a separate Trademark License Agreement with SISUiQ OY. Approved partners will receive brand assets and guidelines for correct use. All partner uses are subject to review and approval.

6. Open Source and Community Use

If SISUiQ OY releases open-source software, the use of the Marks in connection with forks, derivative works, or community distributions is subject to the specific open-source trademark policy published with the project. Use of the Marks does not automatically transfer with the source code license.

7. Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of any unauthorized or improper use of the Marks, please report it to [email protected]. We take trademark protection seriously and will investigate all reports.

8. Enforcement

SISUiQ OY reserves the right to take action against any use of the Marks that does not comply with this policy, including requesting cessation, seeking damages, or pursuing legal remedies. We may revoke any permission to use the Marks at any time for any reason.
