How a run works

Choose sources
Only the documents or datasets you are allowed to see are offered. The run records exactly which ones you picked.

Preview the steps
The workflow shows its plan before it does anything. You can see what will be read and what will be written.

Approve
Nothing is produced until someone approves. A run without approval is not a decision.

Export and return
Export the run as a PDF. The board pack is the CFO Desk's own export. Come back later; the run keeps its history and its sources.
