SUBSCRIPTIONS The 14-day window
Full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
iQ Pulse subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

HOW TO REQUEST The email path
One email. Five to ten business days.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
Section 03
CANCELLATIONS Ending the subscription
Cancel any time. Access through end of billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless covered by the 14-day refund window.

FREE TRIAL If you were charged early
Seven days to claim a refund after a trial converts.
If you signed up for a free trial and were charged after the trial ended, you may request a full refund within 7 days of being charged, provided you did not make substantial use of paid features during that period.

ENTERPRISE The contract governs
Enterprise terms are set by your individual agreement.
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by individual contracts. Refund terms for enterprise customers are specified in the applicable agreement. Please contact your account manager for details.
